Mas de Mingall is a restored 18th-century olive farm nestled in the mountains of Tarragona, just 12 minutes from the secluded beaches of the Costa Dorada. We offer a unique, completely self-sufficient location where you and your group can focus entirely on your program without outside distractions.

We regularly host yoga retreats, hiking weekends, corporate teambuilding, and family gatherings. We understand what a retreat leader needs: privacy, space, and a reliable host. Our location is ideal for those looking for a digital detox or a nature-based experience.

Accommodation & Capacity

Our venue is available for exclusive rental for groups of up to 15 people (including the organizer).

• 5 Authentic Guest Rooms (Max. 11 guests):

  • 1 x Triple room (3 single beds, en-suite bathroom)

  • 3 x Double rooms (2 single beds, shared bathroom)

  • 1 x Double room (1 double bed, shared bathroom)

• Camping (Max. 4 guests): Shaded pitches for guests with their own tent or camper van.

Facilities & Yoga Space

As a guest, you have exclusive use of the farmhouse and the entire 10-hectare estate:

• Swimming Pool: Large 6 × 12m pool with sun loungers.

• Outdoor Yoga Deck: A spacious terrace on the central square (max. 10 participants). We provide all materials: mats, blocks, and belts.

  • Note: We do not have an indoor studio. Our guests specifically choose Mas de Mingall to practice and work outside in the fresh air and Mediterranean nature.

• Relaxation: Shaded veranda, roof terrace for stargazing, and a portable massage table.

• Hiking in Catalonia: Private trails start directly from the farmhouse, perfect for mindful walking or mountain biking.

Healthy Catering: Organic & Local

We take care of all catering so you can focus on your participants. Our kitchen is known for healthy, varied meals using local and organic ingredients. We specialize in vegetarian, vegan, and Ayurvedic cooking.

Included in your retreat stay:

• Arrival day: Welcome drink, snacks, and dinner.

• Full days: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

• Departure day: Breakfast and an early lunch.

• Available all day: fruit, tea, coffee and healthy snacks.

Rates & Conditions

Retreat Venue Rental (Guests in rooms)

• €1.350 per night (first 2 nights)

• €1.150 per night (each additional night)

• Based on a base group of max. 10 guests + 1 organizer.

 

Camping Guest Fee

• €70 per person, per night

What is included in the rate:

• Minimum stay: 2 nights

• Exclusive use of the entire location and all facilities

• Full catering as described (Discount available if you bring your own chef)

• VAT (IVA) and tourist taxes

• Bed linen, towels and ecological toiletries

• Final cleaning

• Check-in: 15:00 | Check-out: 13:00

​Not included: beach towels, travel expenses, airport transfers, and liability insurance.

Mas de Mingall is located in Tivissa (Tarragona), halfway between Barcelona and Valencia.

• By Car: Via AP7, exit 39 (L'Ametlla de Mar).

• By Train: L'Ametlla de Mar station (direct lines from Barcelona Sants, Tarragona and Valencia).

• By Plane: Reus Airport (45 min), Barcelona El Prat (1h 30m), Valencia (2h 15m).
