2020 has been more interesting than most of us could have ever imagined and now it’s crucial to utilize our space and time to rest, reconnect and rejuvenate our bodies, minds and souls.
To be gentle with how we are feeling and to begin to gradually restore our strength, resilience and passions in line with our (potentially revised) desires and aspirations.
This retreat is an invitation to rest and reconnect surrounded by nature; cultivating awareness and calm through movement practices and still observations and to restore ourselves on all levels.
It is open to all but might especially appeal to those looking to empower themselves after a period of uncertainty with tools and practices in a supportive, exploratory and welcoming environment.
We work with specific themes, personal intentions and techniques to encourage a deeper sense of connection and relaxation, both on and off your mat.
