Mas de Mingall's ecological extra virgin olive oil from first pressing. We harvest our olives by hand to ensure the highest quality olives. We have two varieties of olive trees on our land: "Sevillenca" and "Regues". These are mostly grown in the Tarragona area of Catalonia. Combined they give a rich green fruity olive oil great for salads, grilled vegetables, pasta and fish or simply to enjoy with a piece of toasted bread and a pinch a sea salt.
