Reservations can be made via email, WhatsApp, etc. or directly via the booking system on our website

Reservations are only guaranteed after receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation costs within 7 calendar days after the date of reservation

Payments

Reservations can be paid for with all major debit/credit cards, PayPal, a payment request or a bank transfer
-
During checkout contactless payments can be made onsite using all major debit and credit cards, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and Apple Pay
-
Personal cheques are not accepted
​
Modification and cancellation

To cancel or modify a confirmed reservation, please notify us in writing (via email at hola@masdemingall.com, WhatsApp or SMS at +34977092318) of any change of your booking

The date on which we receive your message to request a modification of your reservation is used to calculate any refund or cancellation fees to be received or paid

In case of a cancellation or modification of a reservation, the following refund policy is applicable to all reservations and all accommodation types:

Up to 29 days before Check-In: 100% refund of the paid deposit

Between 28 days and 15 days before Check-In: 50% refund of the paid deposit

Within 14 days before Check-In: 0% refund of the paid deposit

No refund (0%) will be paid in case of

"No Show" (see Check-In) or
-
Cancellation or modification ON or AFTER the day of Check-In

Guests are not entitled to any form of refund or compensation if they decide to leave before the contracted Check-Out date (early departure)

If guests are unable to travel to Mas de Mingall on the scheduled day of arrival due to unforeseen travel restrictions imposed by the government, guests will receive a 100% refund of the deposit paid, after the presentation of documents of evidence. In all other cases (illness, etc.) there is no right to a refund. We advise guests to take out travel cancellation insurance
Check-In

Check-In time: between 15:00 and 20:00 hrs

Check-Out time: before 11:00 hrs

During Check-In at Mas de Mingall on the day of arrival, we require the payment of 100% of the total accommodation costs including Tourist Tax

All guests are to produce a valid passport or other national ID during Check-In

Early check-In (on the day of arrival) or late check-out (on the day of departure) is not guaranteed and is subject to availability of the reserved accommodation on the relevant day of Check-In or Check-Out, Please discuss your options with us on the day before arrival or departure.

Accommodation not occupied before 20:00 hrs. on the day of arrival and without any communication from guests, will be held until 12:00 hrs. the next day. If guests still have not arrived by that time, this will be treated as “No Show”. The reservation will be cancelled and the accommodation can be given to other travelers. Guests that do not show up, are not entitled to a refund

Requests for specific bed types and other preferences will be accommodated based on availability upon arrival, unless they have been pre-booked and confirmed by us
Rates

All published or communicated accommodation, food and service rates always include IVA (Spanish VAT) and exclude local Tourist Taxes.

On all reservations a local Tourist Tax per guest per night is applicable - see our website for current rates and conditions

No accommodation costs will be charged for children under 1 year of age

Accommodation, food and service rates may change at any time without prior notice and may vary for special events or seasons. This excludes confirmed reservations.

Maximum occupancy per accommodation type:

Double/twin room: 2 guests

Triple room: 3 guests
-
Camping Pitch: 5 guests, 3 tents and 1 vehicle (car or minivan)

Rates are applicable per Guest Room per night

Rates include a daily breakfast

Animals are not allowed in Guest Rooms

Campsite specific

A rate per plot per night applies to each camping pitch

A rate per person per night applies to each camping guest
-
A rate per night applies to each additional vehicle (car/minivan)

If the maximum number of guests and/or tents per camping pitch is exceeded, an additional Camping Pitch is to be reserved

Camping rates do not include a daily breakfast. This can be booked at an extra charge

Animals are only allowed when on a leash and only If they do not disturb other guests by barking, etc. especially during the night. Always consult with us before booking

There is no electricity and no water available directly at the Camping Pitches. We run on a solar system and have limited power resources. Electric mobile fridges, water cookers, coffee makers, etc. can not be used.

By order of the fire department, BBQ’s and open fire are not allowed and cooking is discouraged on the Camping Pitches. An outdoor kitchen is provided with cooking stoves and a fireplace for guests to use for cooking and BBQ.
