Yoga In Nature - 5 Day Retreat with Désirée

With Autumn around the corner, this is the perfect moment of the year to follow the changing rhythm of nature. 

Leaves are falling down and the olives are ready to harvest. Like nature, we sometimes  just need to slow down and go inwards. To listen to our body,  eat healthy, be active outdoors and take enough time to rest.

This retreat with daily yoga classes and plenty of options to go hiking offers you all you need to relax and to be active outdoors. During the day the Spanish sun is still warm enough for a dip in the sea and at night it is getting colder and we might even light the fire place.

We encourage you to go off line for a few days. Your body and mind will love you for doing so!

Together we’ll make sure that you are fully rejuvenated and ready for the season to come.

All vegetarian meals are homemade and included. 

Yoga experience is not required, everybody is welcome!
