Bloom - Mother & Daughter Weekend Retreat

A unique retreat for Mothers and Daughters to honour the important rite of passage for girls becoming women in celebration and ceremony. Learn together about the wisdom of the body, cycle awareness and explore what the transition to womanhood means to you both.  Includes nourishing yoga and movement, meditation, sharing circles, conscious conversations, journalling, rituals and a magical ceremony.

Enjoy your time at this exclusive Masia in the tranquil Catalan countryside with swimming pool and time for relaxation in hammocks. 

Local & seasonal vegetarian food all included. 

Retreat run by 3 women who are very passionate about this subject, Marina is a psychologist, Samantha a women’s wellness coach and ceremonialist  and Jo is a feminine embodied movement and yoga teacher.

Mas de Mingall is an eco friendly destination in the mountains for lovers of nature, 10 kilometers from the sea, 1,5 hour from Barcelona. Various accommodation options are available from double, twin and triple rooms to glamping and camping. Rustic style yet elegant and comfortable. Shared bathrooms.
