Group Retreats

Mas de Mingall offers the ideal environment to renew your energy by participating in one of our retreats.

Retreats are based around yoga, Pilates, tai chi, mindfulness, combined with healthy food, enjoying nature and massages.

Private Retreat

We also offer customized retreats - just for you.

Together we'll create a program - either active or relaxed, sports or leisure, with coaching, yoga, food, walking, etc.

Workshops
